Last weekend, all staff of A1 Packing took a team trip to Qingyuan Gulong Gorge, a well-known scenic spot covered with thick forests, clear mountain streams and amazing waterfalls. Surrounded by lush green mountains, it offers stunning natural views and a famous glass skywalk, a perfect getaway for us to escape busy packaging production and office work.
We spent the afternoon walking along the cliffside glass skywalk together. Colleagues from sales, design, production and QC lined up side by side. Some teammates felt nervous about the high transparent path, so we held hands, comforted and cheered each other forward. Walking through the steep mountainside as one group erased the gaps between different departments, helping us gain deeper empathy for each other’s daily workloads and build stronger team trust.
In the evening, we set up camps and held an outdoor barbecue. Everyone divided work voluntarily: some prepared food, some grilled ingredients, and others tidied the campsite. We chatted casually about daily work challenges and shared creative ideas to improve our custom jewelry packaging service. Many practical tips on sampling and order production were collected during this relaxing moment.
This trip was far more than sightseeing. It strengthened our team spirit and cross-department communication.
